I'm wanting pizza now! I had late fish lunch/dinner at Cracker Barrel on my shopping trip today. I really enjoyed the batter-fried cod fish fillets.

Tonight was a gooden! Tenderized country style steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, young green peas, stewed apples ,biscuits and iced tea.

I just went out and picked up a big roast beef sandwich; made a good meal with a dish of lime Jello, with cream cheese/and diced apples, banana, pineapple, and nuts. I have been on a kick making congealed Jello salads lately (most things are sugar free at my house for my diabetic husband).
